Who handles your information
Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Messages reach us by email, which is provided by Google Workspace. These providers process your information under their own data protection terms. We do not pass your details to anyone else unless the law requires it. International transfers Squarespace and Google may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards for those transfers. How long we keep it We keep messages for as long as we need to deal with your enquiry. If we work together, we keep related records for as long as the law requires, which for business records is usually six years.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also object to how we use it or ask us to restrict it.
